word verification

Hi friends,
Recently I received a comment on one of my cards and the commentor asked if I would consider turning off word verification.  I did not even realize I had it on.  Was not sure how to turn it off but I think I figured it out.  If anyone has a minute, would you mind leaving me a comment and letting me know if it is not turned off.  And if it is not and somebody knows how to turn it off, I would appreciate some insight :)  Thanks much and have a lovely rest of the weekend.
